Domestic violence and PTSD are my specialties. I use a technique to overcome PTSD (and other trauma-related conditions) that yields permanent results in a short period of time! Other issues I work with are: depression, anxiety, addiction recovery, relationships, divorce recovery, phobias, OCD, sexual abuse, and grief & loss. I offer faith-based counseling as an option, as well as home-based counseling, premarital counseling and career coaching. I also facilitate support groups for victims of domestic violence. My choices of therapeutic modalities are: cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), EMDR and EFT, with a client-centered, solution-focused, strength-based approach in an empathic, supportive and non-judgmental environment.
