I believe that eating disorder recovery can be a full and sustained process; I have lived it myself. I specialize in helping those who are struggling with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, body image issues, and any other type of disordered eating patterns to find a life free from emotional and physical pain. With an office in Central Denver, I offer individual, couples and family counseling utilizing a person-centered and strengths-based approach. I am guided by mindfulness and body-centered techniques, and thrive in helping others believe that they, too, can thrive in a life that does not have to be controlled by eating disorders!
